Stony Point Man Just Released From Prison Is Arrested And Held Without Bond

Alexander County Probation and Parole Officers arrested a Stony Point man on Monday. 62-year-old Carl Steven Combs was taken into custody for felony probation violation. He remains in the Alexander County Detention Center without bond.

Combs has a number of convictions over the last 20 years. He was released from prison in September after serving 21 months for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance.
