38-year old John Paul Berry of Stony Point was arrested overnight and jailed by Taylorsville Police. He’s charged with second-degree trespass and resisting a public officer. Berry as of earlier this morning was still in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $2,500. August 21st is listed as a court date in Taylorsville.
