Stony Point Man Gets Jail Time In Iredell County

41-year old Dana Dewayne Mitchem of Stony Point was sentenced to serve 90 days in the Iredell County jail on Monday. Mitchell was give the active jail time for multiple probation violations.

Mitchem has some previous charges still pending from 2024 in Alexander County. The charges include felony breaking and entering, felony larceny and resisting a public officer. An August 11th court date is listed in Alexander County.
