Stony Point Man Gets Jail Time In Iredell County

A Stony Point man has been sentenced to jail in Iredell County.

Devin Lee Bates, age 37, was sentenced to serve a term of 90 days for felony probation violation in Iredell County Superior Court. Previous charges are still pending that include felony possession of a firearm by a felon and felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. The court date on the pending charges is Tuesday, September 3rd in Statesville.
