Bobby Ray Duncan, age 50 of Stony Point was arrested Tuesday evening following a traffic stop by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. Duncan was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention with a secured bond of $5,000. A September 13th court date is scheduled.
