Stony Point Man Facing List Of Charges

On April 15th, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Roger Lee Allen, age 51 of Stony Point. He was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

Allen is also awaiting trial in Iredell County for felony abuse of an elderly or disabled person, assault on a female and probation violation.

Allen is serving a 2 year suspended sentence for an assault on a female conviction dating to October, 2023.
