Stony Point Man Cited By Immigration Service After His Arrest On Assault Charges

Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Dorian Fabrisio Torres-Rodriguez , 32 of Stony Point, on October 27th. He is charged with assault by strangulation/inflicting serious injury, assault on a female and three counts of assault in the presence of a minor. An Immigration and Customs Deportation Order has also been filed. The suspect remains in the Iredell County Detention Center with his next court date set for November 18th in Statesville.
