39-year-old Travis Scott Melvin of Paul Payne Store RD, Stony Point, was arrested on Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with injury to real property, injury to personal property and communicating threats. Melvin is being held in custody under a secured bond of $10,000.
