Stony Point Man Being Held In Custody

Christian Michael Morgan, age 33, Barnes LN., Stony Point, is being held in Alexander County custody. Morgan is awaiting rial on 2025 charges in Alexander County for felony larceny and 2026 charges of felony larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. As of earlier today, Morgan remained in custody with a listed bond of $100,000.

The suspect served 21 months in prison following a 2023 conviction for felony obtaining property by false pretense.
