Carl Steven Combs, age 61 of Stony Point, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Monday. He is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Combs is being held in the Alexander County Jail with bon set at $25,000. An April 15th initial court date is scheduled.
