Davion Domonic Peterson, age 28 of Stony Point, was arrested by Statesville Police on February 26th. He was charged with first-degree burglary and larceny after breaking or entering. He was also served a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and felony probation violation. Peterson remains in the Iredell County Detention Center under a secured bond of $16,000. His next court date is March 13th in Statesville.
