Jeremiah Brantley York, age 38 of Stony Point, was arrested after a traffic stop by the NC Highway Patrol on Monday. The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office also responded and charged York with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a bond of $4,500.
