Payton Rose Schwantes, age 29, of Stony Point, was arrested on Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was charged with felony probation violation and served warrants for failure to appear on 2024 charges that include felony trafficking methamphetamine. Schwantes is being held in the Alexander County Jail with bond set at $223,000.
