Scottie Wayne Pharr, age 49 of Stony Point, was arrested on March 20th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $30,000. Pharr is scheduled to make an Alexander County District Court appearance today.
