Statesville Woman Reported Missing

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Missing Endangered Alert for 66-year-old Matilda Jamelle Turner, who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.

Ms. Turner is a black female. She is 5′ 5” tall and weighs 200 pounds. She has long, black hair and brown eyes. Ms. Turner walks with a cane as the result of fluid build-up in her knees. No clothing description is available.

She was last seen at 1421 5th Street in Statesville. No information is available regarding a direction of travel or possible destination.
