Statesville Woman Charged In Alexander County

Amber Nicole Schramm, age 39 of Statesville, was arrested by Probation and Parole Officers in Alexander County on Friday, April 19th. She was cited with defrauding a drug/alcohol test. As of earlier today, Schramm remained in custody.

Schramm was convicted in Iredell County on February 19th for possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II controlled substance. She is serving a 24 month suspended sentence as result of the conviction. Schramm is also awaiting trial on an Alexander County charge of felony breaking and entering. That case is set for Superior Court on June 3rd.
