Bennie Lamount Wilson, age 47 of Statesville, was arrested by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, April 5th and charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury and possession of a weapon by a felon. Wilson remains in custody without bond. A court appearance is scheduled for today.
