Travis Scott Melvin, age 37 of Statesville, was arrested on Saturday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with breaking and entering and violating a domestic violence protection order. Melvin remains in custody as of earlier today. A December 9th court date is scheduled in Alexander County District Court.
