44-year-old Thomas Avery Graham was arrested Monday (October 31) by authorities in Iredell County. He’s charged with two felony counts of second-degree forcible rape and one felony count of second-degree forcible sex offense. Graham was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Monday and placed in the Iredell County Detention Center under $150,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for November 22.
