A Statesville man was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Friday evening. Steven Javier Martinez-Quirola was taken into custody and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. The charge is from Guilford County. As of earlier today the suspect remains in the Alexander County Detntion Center under a secured bond of $10,000.
