Charges were filed against 42-year old Edward Rasiewicz of Statesville on Wednesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with domestic criminal trespass and misdemeanor injury to real property. Rasiewicz was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a $5,000 secured bond.
