An Iredell County woman died in a fire Saturday morning.
Around 4am, the Cool Springs Fire Department was called to a structure fire on Elmwood Road. The residence was ablaze when units arrived
Shirly Lyalls, age 68, was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Iredell County Fire Marshall’s Office and the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
