The South Caldwell High School Varsity Football team has been placed in COVID-19 quarantine.
The Caldwell County Health Department says at least five members of the Spartans roster has tested positive. The team, by guidelines from the North Carolina High School Athletic Association will quarantine for 14 days and not be permitted to practice.
