South Caldwell will play for the NC 4A Softball title after a 3-1 win over Weddington Thursday evening in Hudson. The Lady Spartans win the West Regional (2 games to none) and will play Greenville Conley in the State Championship Series .
West Wilkes defeated Randleman 8-0 to sweep the 2A West Regional. West will play in the 2A Championship Series vrs North Lenoir.
East Wilkes was swept 2-0 in the 1A West Regional by Union Academy. Union will play Perquimans County in the State Championship Series.
The 3A State Final will be Rockingham County vrs Scotland County.
