Statesvile Police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured Friday morning.
Officers responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Fifth Street around 7:20 a.m. after a 911 hang-up. One person was located with gunshot wounds and transported to a hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.
No other information has been released.
