It’s been a rough weekend for our area. I was frustrated like you were. No internet, no TV, no phone service from Friday morning until Sunday evening.
I was angry on Saturday but I gave myself a pep talk and a dose of reality on Sunday when I stopped feeling sorry for myself and thought about the toll that many have paid during the storm.
To the South and to the West, they had it so much worse than I did. Many died !
With no way to see the devastation I had no idea how bad things were. I’m ashamed to have been distraught because I missed some football games on Saturday while people were being washed away.
Lesson learned.
Let’s be good to one another and cherish this time we have on our Rock.
