Registered-Sex Offender From Hickory Arrested By Taylorsville Police

A registered sex-offender was arrested Wednesday by Taylorsville Police.

39-year old Wendy Slone Mathena of Hickory was charged with violating her sex-offender status by being at or near a daycare facility. She has been released from custody with a secured bond of $15,000. A Monday, March 21st court date is scheduled in Alexander County District Court.
