28-year-old John William Wallace of Hickory was arrested Tuesday by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with second-degree rape and second-degree sexual offense. Wallace was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (April 20).
