Michael Lee Swaim, age 48 of Purlear in Wilkes County, was arrested Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with possession of stolen goods. Swaim remains in the Alexander County Detention Center as of this afternoon with a bond of $4,000. A court date of November 15th is scheduled.
