Most of the nearly 900 Duke-Energy customers who experienced a power outage Wednesday afternoon in Taylorsville are now back online.
Service was interrupted around 1:40 pm and was restored at 5 pm.
Outages alerts were sent to customers in the area. An alert indicated the service issue was due to downed trees on powerlines.
