A person suffered a gunshot wound to the head Saturday night in Wilkes County.
The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office says the victim was taken to a regional medical center and is listed in stable condition.
The shooting was reported at a location off Noah Harrold Road in Hays.
No other information has been released.
