Pennsylvania Teen Charged With Statutory Rape In Iredell County

A teen from Pennsylvania has been arrested on charges that include statutory rape in Iredell County.

Gabriel Joseph Stouffer, 18, Grove City, PA., was taken into custody on September 15th by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. Court records indicate the suspect was apprehended in Pennsylvania and extradited to North Carolina. The charges date back to July and include

Felony statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger
Felony statutory sex offense with a child age 15 or under (3 counts)
Sexual battery (2 counts)

Stouffer is being held without bond in the Iredell County Detention Center.
