Parole Absconder Surrenders To Alexander County Detention Center

Christopher Wayne Jarvis, age 31 of Statesville surrendered to the Alexander County Detention Center on Friday, July 5th.

Jarvis was wanted by the Office of Probation and Parole for violating his probation. He is serving an 18-month suspended sentence in Alexander County after a drug conviction in 2023. Jarvis remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond listed at $10,000. July 29th is his scheduled court date in Taylorsville.
