Out Of Prison, Back To Jail For Stony Point Man

James Arthur Blankenship, 40 of Stony Point, is in custody. Again !

Blankenship was arrested on Tuesday by Probation and Parole Officers in Alexander County. He’s being held without bond for violation of his parole.

Blankenship was released from prison in June after serving an 18-month sentence for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and resisting an officer.
