19-year-old Dylan Martinez-Clemente of Poplar Circle in Newton has been arrested by Newton Police on charges of second-degree forcible rape and second-degree forcible sex offense. Martinez-Clemente was jailed Thursday. He’s being held in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. An appearance in Superior Court is scheduled for today in Newton.
