Michael Curtis Hallyburton
61-year old Michael Curtis Hallyburton was arrested on March 21st by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office after a brief vehicle chase. He was charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, failure to heed blue light and siren and driving with license revoked.
On Friday, Hallyburton was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.
