A Moravian Falls woman is in Catawba County custody. 34-year old Jessica Lynne Huggins was arrested Monday night by the NC Highway Patrol and served arrest warrants for failure to appear. She misses court dates for felony probation violation, felony possession of methamphetamine and multiple traffic related offenses. Huggins is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $34,000.
