Mayberry Files For U.S. House Seat. Two File For Alexander County School Board

Former Alexander County Commissioner Ryan Mayberry of Taylorsville has filed for the United States House of Representatives Seat in North Carolina District 5.

The seat is currently held by Republican Virginia Fox of Boone has filed for another term.

Two people filed for positions on the Alexander County Board of Education on Wednesday.

Parker Sisk entered the race in School Board District 3 and Corey McLain filed in District 4.

The filing deadline is at Noon on Friday, December 15th.
