The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Ahmad Karreim Washington of Marion on Tuesday. He was served warrants for failure to appear from McDowell County for second-degree trespassing, breaking and entering and littering. As of earlier today, Washington remains in the Alexander County Jail awaiting transfer to authorities in McDowell County.
