Man Wanted For Sex Offenses Captured

A man wanted by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office for sex offenses is now in custody. Antonio Hernandez Aparicio was taken into custody in Little Rock, Arkansas on Saturday. Aparicio will be returned to North Carolina.

The charges include second degree forcible sex offense and interfering with emergency communications after an incident early Saturday morning near the town of Catawba.
