A man shot in the parking lot of a Conover laundromat earlier this week has died.
Stephen Thomas was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the VIP Coin Laundry on Thornburg DR SE shortly before 9 pm on Monday according to Conover Police.
Thomas was shot in the lower abdomen and died from his injuries on Wednesday
No charges have been filed but they are anticipated.
