27-year-old Tony Martin Deese was arrested Tuesday, April 12 by authorities in Iredell County. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking & entering and larceny after breaking & entering. Deese is also charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer or government official, conspiracy to sell narcotics, possession of synthetic marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Deese was confined in the Iredell County Detention Center under $581,000 secured bond. A District Court date is scheduled for June 6.
