27 year old Christopher Cole Cox of Newton was arrested this morning. Cox was charged by Newton Police with felony breaking and entering to terrorize and injure, communicating threats, assault, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and resisting a public officer. Cox was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $12,000.
