43-year old Allen Richard Paradis was arrested on Tuesday in Alexander County. He was charged with resisting a law enforcement officer. Paridis is also facing a charge of simple assault and is awaiting trial in Catawba County for indecent exposure. As of earlier today, Paridis remains without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center.
