34-year old Brandon Allan Blevins of Taylorsville was arrested Monday and charged with breaking and entering. He was also cited for driving with license revoked and no operators insurance. As of earlier today, Blevins remained in the Alexander County Detention Center under a bond of $13,800. November 11th is listed as a court date.
