27-year old Cody Ben Fox of Taylorsville was arrested on Wednesday. Charges were filed by Taylorsville Police and the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office for felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle and and felony larceny of auto parts. Fox is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $15,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, October 5th.
