24-year old Buddy Randall Fortner of Stony Point was arrested on Monday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with failure to heed blue lights and siren, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license revoked a multiple traffic offenses. Fortner is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $8,000. A court date is set for June 6th in Taylorsville.
