Jason Anthony Riddle, age 38 of Stony Point was taken into custody this morning by the Claremont Police Department on a series of failure to appear counts. The original charges for which Riddle missed court dates include felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of controlled substance on jail premises, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Riddle is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $12,000.
