Justin Lee Pope, a 24-year-old Hiddenite resident, was arrested by Probation and Parole Officers in Alexander County during the evening hours of Tuesday, January 13th. He is charged with felony parole violation and is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. Pope is on parole involving a series of charges that include felony possession of a firearm by a felon, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious injury in addition of previous charges of both parole and probation violation.
