Man Facing Long List Of Charges

A Morganton man is facing a long list of charges following his arrest this morning by Hickory Police.

41-year-old Shannon Richard Aughenbaugh was charged with breaking and entering, felony larceny, possession of stolen goods, possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a concealed weapon,violation of habitual felon status,possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and resisting an officer. Aughenbaugh was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $52,000. His initial court appearance is scheduled for today.
